Gaming Terminal Technician

Our client is looking for aField Technicianto manage the installation, maintenance, and support of their gaming terminal network. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience with electronic systems, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and uninstall gaming terminals, ensuring proper configuration, operation, and compliance with technical standards.Train equipment operators in terminal usage and basic troubleshooting procedures.Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on the network of gaming terminals within established deadlines.Conduct electronic repairs on monitors, power supplies, and other terminal components.Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, spare parts, and technical documentation.Provide remote or online technical assistance to on-site staff when required.Support internal systems for issue reporting, tracking, and technical updates.Deliver accurate and timely maintenance and activity reports to supervisors.Participate in continuous training programs related to equipment, software, and technical processes.Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and contribute to gaming operations as needed.Candidate ProfileEducation:Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic fields (or related specialization).Preferred Background:Graduates from SENAI or Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.Experience:Minimum of 3 years in a technical role (e.g., electronics manufacturing, spare parts production, or customer/technical service environments).Strong technical and diagnostic skills, with hands-on experience in hardware maintenance.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to follow structured processes.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Benefits:meal voucherstransportation according to labor lawhealth insurancehybrid model of working
