Senior ServiceNow Developer(Remote - Brazil or LATAM)Company:Apricot Jam | Minneapolis-based | Global Delivery Type:Full-Time | Remote | Contractor or FTE Location:Brazil or broader LATAM (English-speaking)About Us We areApricot Jam , a professional services company pioneering outsourcing, consulting, and tech, dedicated to putting people at the forefront of everything we do.Our mission is to foster creativity and ignite it, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.As a recognizedServiceNow partnerbased in the U.S., we specialize in delivering world-class ServiceNow implementations, custom apps, and managed services to clients ranging from startups toFortune 100 enterprises .Our teams span across the globe, and we're proud of the cultural alignment, speed, and excellence they bring.Role Overview We're looking for aSenior ServiceNow Developerto join our high-performance global team.You'll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments.This is aclient-facing, hands-on development rolerequiring technical depth and clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintainServiceNow applications(scoped & global) across multiple modules.Lead complex customizations usingscripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.Architect and implementREST/SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.Driveinstance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices .Collaborate withUS-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute totechnical solutioning and architecture decisions .Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) – Required Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required Bachelor's degree inSoftware Engineering(minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience , with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.) Strong scripting and automation skills ( Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer ) Experience withintegrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows Provenclient-facing experience , able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders Fluent in English (written & verbal) Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate infast-paced, high-impact projectsNice to HaveExperience withApp Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF Exposure toAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.) Previous experience delivering solutions toUS-based enterprise clientsWhy Apricot Jam?100% Remote with Real-Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.S. hours) People-First Culture – We profit share, we retain, we grow together Global Clients – Work with publicly traded U.S. companies and high-growth tech Elite Talent Pool – Top-tier colleagues, strong mentorship, and career growth Long-Term Engagements – We invest in teams, not gigsInterested?Apply today and join a team that's shaping the future of enterprise automation.Let's build something amazing together.
