Sonera is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to provide first-line monitoring and coordination of network incidents.This professional will act as the main communication point between Sonera's clients and Managed Service Providers, ensuring timely updates, incident tracking, and clear communication with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network events and incidents, escalating when necessary.Coordinate with Managed Service Providers for updates and resolution progress.Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution details to teams.Track, document, and report network incidents following established SLAs and procedures.Support escalation and root cause analysis processes.Maintain records of communication, incident logs, and service documentation.Requirements:Experience in Network Operations, NOC, or related technical support roles.Familiarity with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, connectivity).Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems.Strong English communication skills.Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.Availability to work flexible shifts.
