Job Summary As our Rider Quality Intern, you'll collect, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights to improve rider experiences, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our riders thrive.
Key Responsibilities Research & Insights: Support market research and rider interviews to gather qualitative/quantitative data.
Synthesize findings into clear reports and presentations.
Data Analysis: Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities with team supervision.
Help with weekly data reports with team supervision.
Training materials: Assist in creating briefings (ensuring brand consistency, product knowledge in depth and stakeholder clarity).
Qualifications & Skills Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Good analytical skills and communication skills Advanced English Knowledge in SQL is a differentiator, but a willingness to learn is required.
