Buscamos um(a) Business Analyst Júnior com perfil técnico, organizado e com facilidade de comunicação, para atuar na área de Operações e Aplicações CRM, apoiando o time em projetos de implementação de software.O profissional ideal deve ter sólida base técnica (programação, SQL, sistemas de TI), facilidade para lidar com clientes e capacidade para atuar de ponta a ponta em projetos – desde o levantamento de requisitos até a entrega e suporte das soluções.Requisitos Obrigatórios:Formação superior completa em Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia de Sistemas ou áreas correlatasMínimo de 2 anos de experiência com projetos de implementação de softwareConhecimento técnico em:SQLPythonExcel avançadoBases de dados e aplicações de softwareLinguagens de programaçãoBoa redação e capacidade de produzir documentação técnica e funcionalBoa comunicação e facilidade no relacionamento com clientesTrabalho em equipe e postura colaborativaInglês e/ou português em nível básico a intermediário (obrigatório)Principais Responsabilidades:Participar do desenvolvimento e implementação de projetos de softwareLevantar informações junto ao cliente sobre processos de negócioConfigurar, testar e validar funcionalidades de aplicações de softwareElaborar e manter documentação técnica e funcional dos projetosApoiar o time de desenvolvimento na documentação de requisitos específicosIdentificar e reportar ao time gerencial as necessidades de melhoria nas aplicaçõesVisitar clientes para oferecer treinamento, suporte e assistência técnicaParticipar da análise de novos requisitos e mudanças solicitadas pelo clienteGarantir a execução correta das etapas dos projetos sob sua responsabilidadeResponsabilidades HSEQ:Participar das ações do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI)Utilizar corretamente os EPIs quando exigidoReportar atos ou condições inseguras observadasColaborar em investigações de incidentes e ações corretivasPriorizar sempre a segurança e o meio ambiente nas decisões e execuçõesSe você é apaixonado por tecnologia, gosta de resolver problemas e quer atuar diretamente com clientes, sistemas e inovação, essa vaga é para você
