Senior Counsel Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to lead client correspondence and manage relationships with a client-centered approach to legal representation.
This role requires a strong leadership and communication style, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house, with a JD from a top-tier law school and admission to the state bar.
They will be responsible for leading negotiations for SaaS agreements, supporting business units with transaction structuring and negotiation, providing general counsel, and collaborating on business development activities.Key responsibilities include:Leading multiple matters simultaneouslyDelivering polished work product and collaborating effectivelyLeads with empathy and integrityIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who value organized, motivated individuals with strong leadership skills.
