Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.We are searching for the best talents for this 2 Local Trial Manager position.Purpose: A Senior, Local Trial Manager is a mid-level trial management role with typically at least 2 years of clinical trial management or 3-5 years of clinical monitoring experience.This role is responsible for local management of a clinical trial (or Medical Affairs data generation activity) in one or more countries.
The Senior, Local Trial Manager is the primary point of contact at a country level for assigned studies and oversees operations from start-up through database lock and closeout activities, as described in GCO procedural documents.The Senior, Local Trial Manager coordinates and leads the local trial team to deliver quality data and trial documents/records that are compliant with the clinical trial protocol, company SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.They actively contribute to process improvement, training, and mentoring of Clinical Trial Assistants, Site Managers, and Associate, Local Trial Managers.
The role may also include some site management responsibilities and the possibility to serve as Trial Delivery Manager (TDM)/Trial Delivery Leader (TDL) for a single country.Principal Responsibilities:Collaborate on protocol and site feasibility assessments, including site selection criteria.Work with the program delivery team to select final trial sites.Contribute to or develop study management documents at the country level.Lead local trial team activities ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulations, and quality standards.Manage recruitment, data quality, and trial timelines within budget.Ensure timely reporting of adverse events, serious adverse events, and product quality complaints.Maintain and update trial management systems and reports.Monitor trial progress, initiate corrective actions, and communicate with study teams.Support vendor services, site contract negotiations, and budget management.Participate in investigator meetings and lead local team meetings and training sessions.Review monitoring reports, invoices, and manage trial supplies.Prepare and manage informed consent documents and ensure compliance with SOPs.Additional Details:Days of the week: Not specifiedWorking hours/Period: Not specifiedInterested candidates should apply through the Caderno Nacional portal.
