experience with ML frameworks, real-time databases, and fraud tools (FICO Falcon, SAS) is a plus; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of PCI DSS and SOX compliance requirements.Leadership Expectations: Set high technical standards, mentor, and lead architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.Natural Investigator: Curious to uncover core causes of fraud and craft proactive prevention strategies.Effective Collaborator: Strong communication to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions.Self-Driven & Accountable: Self-starter with good judgment and initiative in ambiguity.Flexible & Responsive: Adaptable to changing priorities and able to respond to critical fraud risks, occasionally outside standard hours.Current Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fraud detection tools, ML models, and best practices, including familiarity with fraud modeling or behavioral analytics.Academic Foundation: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field;
