Auxiliamos clientes no mundo inteiro a encontrar o talento certo utilizando a combinação perfeita entre o lado humano de nossos consultores especializados e a tecnologia.A Randstad Operational é uma especialização com foco em soluções de talentos administrativos, técnicos e operacionais.Oportunidade: Team Leader (Equipe Logística)Região: Uberlândia/MGFormato: PresencialAtividades:Atuar na gestão de pessoas em formato híbrido, trabalhar na rotinas de montagem de escalas para controle de jornada de trabalho e horas extras, bem como conduzir reuniões periódicas com assistentes de routing de forma individual com intuito de promover o desenvolvimento do time.Monitorar os indicadores de performance das rotas, garantindo que estejam em constante evolução e analisando a causa-raiz de possíveis desvios.Buscar continuamente a melhoria do processo de roteirização, identificando oportunidades e gerando ações de progresso.Receber feedbacks das operações e propor novas funcionalidades para as ferramentas e algoritmos de roteirização, garantindo que estejam cada vez mais aplicáveis e eficientes.Requisitos:Superior cursando em Logística, Supply Chain e/ou áreas correlatas.Domínio do Pacote Office (Word, Powerpoint) e Excel em nível mínimo intermediárioDisponibilidade de horário para atuar em escala 6x1Atuação com liderança em operações de logistica/ e-commerceSerá considerando um diferencial:Vivência com sistema SAPExperiência prévia em rotinas de roteirização, planejamento e/ou programação de rotasPossuir conhecimentos em manipulação de dados e ferramentas de visualização (ex.
