Technical Lead - Desktop Application DevelopmentThis position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers in the development of cutting-edge desktop applications.Job Description: As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and prioritize work, and will be accountable for leading release management and escalation handling for enterprise customers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed teamLead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customersConduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planningMentor engineers, provide coaching, and support professional growthParticipate in recruiting and hiring for desktop development and enterprise integration rolesCollaborate with product management to refine requirements and prioritize workFacilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaborationManage customer relationships and provide technical leadership during escalationsDefine architectural designs for desktop-to-cloud migrationBuild compliance frameworks for enterprise securityDesign backward compatibility strategies during platform transitionsImplement performance monitoring and reporting systemsPlan technical debt reduction while ensuring production stabilityRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ Years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C#/.NET (Framework and Core/5+), including hands-on work with WPF, WinForms, or Win32 APIs3+ Years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations (VSTO, COM Interop, or Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, Outlook)3+ Years of experience working with enterprise authentication systems such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Azure Active Directory3+ Years of experience working with email protocols (IMAP, SMTP, Exchange Web Services, Microsoft Graph)3+ Years of experience working in team leadership/management, leading at least 5 engineers, including mentoring, code reviews, and performance management2+ Years of experience working with installer/deployment technologies (WiX, MSI, or MSIX)About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and take on new challenges in a dynamic and innovative environment.Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.We Offer:A collaborative and supportive team environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits packageThe chance to work on challenging and rewarding projectsHow to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a new challenge, please submit your application.We look forward to hearing from you
