Our talented and engaged team fosters a culture of collaboration and inspiration, making Oowlish a 'Great Place to Work'.The Entry-Level Headhunter does not need experience, should enjoy seeking out and interacting with new people frequently, and be able to determine if the candidates and the company are a good match, ensuring that their expectations are aligned.Responsibilities:Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions;Collaborate with recruiters to identify appropriate experience and skillsets for desired positions;Schedule introductory calls between the candidates and recruiters (fast track candidates);Validate qualifications based on resume or profiles for candidates;Send the online test to applicants based on the position that they applied for;Create and re-new posts on different portals.Must Have:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;Ability to balance priorities with a strong capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and dynamic environments;Continuous learner.Benefits & Perks:Home office;Flexible Hours (around 6 hours per day);International Projects;Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational);Oowlish fitness with Total Pass;Connecting You (Internet allowance);Pet adoption incentive;Netflix Subscription;Games and Competitions;Enjoy your national Holidays;Oowlet Store;Agreement For Talent Acquisition Services: BRL *****,00 + Success fee per hire.Come join us
