**Activities**:
- Coordinate with Manufacturing and Sales for delivery of finished Goods to the customer;
- Prepare documents for internal processes to include, invoicing, data packs as well as document packages for customer;
- Schedule and arrange in cooperation with fabrication plant the load out of customer material their respective shore base for use;
- Assist logistic team with freight/truck contract;
- Negotiation with logistics service providers
- Issue of PO to suppliers
- Registration of customers, suppliers and equipment local inventory management
- Order invoicing
- Direct contact with customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Complete Higher education is desirable;
- Required previous experience in the role or similar;
- Knowledge of Office Package;
- Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or ability to learn systems required to carry out the role.
- Advanced level of English is required.
