Base pay range$50,******/yr - $60,******/yrOverviewWorkana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America.Our new segment, Workana Premium, focuses on matching the most exceptional professionals with leading and innovative companies around the globe.Enjoy competitive compensation, dedicated support, and the flexibility of remote work within a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and professional advancement.About Our ClientClearlink is a global digital company dedicated to creating intelligent customer experiences through technology, marketing, and data-driven solutions.With a strong presence across multiple industries, Clearlink partners with some of the world\'s most recognized brands to deliver innovation at scale.Their mission is to leverage cutting-edge technology and cloud solutions to improve performance, security, and scalability while driving meaningful business outcomes.Role OverviewAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power mission-critical applications.You will lead efforts in automation, cloud architecture, monitoring, and security, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and influence best practices across the engineering organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.Define and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.Oversee Linux system administration and configuration management with Chef or Ansible.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, AWS Pipelines, or Jenkins.Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, PHP, Ruby, Go, or Node.js.Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker, AWS ECS, and Kubernetes.Apply cloud security best practices (subnets, security groups, firewall rules, WAF, DNS, SSH).Support PCI compliance preparation and audits.Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system reliability optimization.Requirements5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with hands-on expertise with AWS.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Ansible, Terraform).Experience with Linux system administration and configuration management tools.Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.Solid programming/scripting skills in at least one of: Python, Bash, Go, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.Experience with Docker and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).Familiarity with security best practices and compliance (PCI, SOC2, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and reliability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.BenefitsCompensation in USD.Long-term contractFully remote work.Career growth with international clients and dynamic projects.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionIT Services and IT ConsultingWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
