Smarter Contact is the #1 messaging platform for real estate professionals in the U.S. Our SaaS product powers millions of conversations every month, helping real estate professionals close more deals through smart SMS, voice, and automation.We're growing fast and need a true front-end architect — someone who's already led major React projects at scale and wants to take full ownership of the front-end across multiple products.If you're used to freelancing, maintaining apps, or following Jira tickets — this isn't the role for you.If you're the kind of engineer who designs systems from scratch , challenges product decisions , and wants to ship better UX than 99% of SaaS apps out there — we want to talk.What You'll OwnLead the implementation of our front-end architecture and drive it to completionCollaborate daily with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-first featuresOwn performance, UX, and component library quality across the platformSpot issues before they happen, communicate proactively, and help unblock the teamBe a key voice representing the FE discipline in cross-functional conversationsWhat We're Looking For8+ years experience, with at least 5 years building and scaling React apps in productionDeep expertise in React + TypeScript, state management, and frontend optimizationStrong experience with Chakra UI, GraphQL (Apollo), and modern tooling like ViteYou've worked with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GCP Cloud Build) and Sentry monitoringYou think like a product owner — every feature you build solves a real customer problemYou're a team player who listens, speaks up, and supports the group's successBonus Points (Not Required)Experience with React Native or mobile-first architectureMessaging, voice, or real-time communications backgroundYou've scaled SaaS apps in fast-growth startup environmentsCompetitive compensation — we pay top-of-market for top talentClear growth path and autonomy — we value speed, skill, and ownershipBuild for builders — work on tools that actually get used by the whole teamHealth & wellness benefitRemote-first team solving real customer problems at scalePlease Don't Apply If:You're not highly proficient in English (written, spoken, and comprehension)You're looking for a second job or part-time.
