Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Product Delivery Specialist to join our remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap by working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.This is a senior hybrid role that combines elements of project management and product coordination.
It is well suited to someone with experience in customer-facing SaaS environments who thrives in organized, execution-focused roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the day-to-day product development processFacilitate planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviewsTranslate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasksDraft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteriaTrack progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issuesMaintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clearCommunicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., medical experts, support) to clarify priorities and requirementsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:5+ years of experience in project management within a software team3+ years of experience in product management within a software teamExperience working closely with developers and understanding the rhythms of SaaS product deliveryStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to bring clarity and structure to complex product workCapability to operate independently while keeping the broader team aligned and informedBenefitsYou will have the opportunity to work on a unified delivery platform, unifying delivery and maintaining momentum as we continue to scale.
