OverviewLead Salesforce Engineer - Remote (Central or South America) at Greenbox Capital.
This role is for a curious, driven, and collaborative Senior Salesforce Engineer to scale our Salesforce platform across multiple clouds and business units.
You will design and build custom Salesforce solutions, working with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver tools that support internal teams and customers.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Salesforce features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom APIsOwn the build, testing, and delivery of high-quality code aligned with business prioritiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce environmentOptimize existing Salesforce applications for speed, scalability, and usabilityPromote developmental best practices, including testing, version control, and deployment pipelinesCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsYou're a Strong Fit If You HaveMinimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administrationStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIsExperience guiding and mentoring junior developers and ensuring code qualityExperience with Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, and Experience CloudProven experience with REST, SOAP, and other Salesforce integrationsStrong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rulesBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldWhat You'll BringExperience or familiarity with the alternative lending or financial services industry is a plusSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or higher preferredFamiliarity with Git, Gearset, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with enterprise Salesforce implementationsExperience with Azure DevOps for agile project tracking and reportingStrong organizational and time-management skills, especially in remote work environmentsEffective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities and high emotional intelligenceAbility to work independently while contributing to cross-functional initiativesWhat to Expect from Our Interview ProcessStep 1: Interview with Recruiter (30 minutes)Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview (1 hour)Step 3: Role-Specific AssessmentStep 4: Final Interview with Leadership (1 hour)Step 5: Offer & Background CheckBenefitsCompetitive PayFlexible PTORemote - Fully remote, working Eastern Time hoursSmart, Supportive Teammates who uphold our core values: Commitment, Communication, Teamwork, Service and IntegrityReady to shape the future of Greenbox Capital?
