Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
Ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Provide solutions that utilize out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with CI/CD, code versioning tools like Git, and Agile principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Benefits:$15-$20/hr USD salary range.
