As part of its LatAm expansion, we're seeking a Business Director / Manager in Brazil to drive strategic partnerships, lead the team, and grow the company's influence in the region.
Why This Role?
As the Business Director / Manager, you'll be the driving force behind expanding and strengthening B2B partnerships across Brazil and Latin America. You will lead negotiations, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless execution of commercial projects.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with an established network in the iGaming industry, strong knowledge of the Brazilian and LatAm markets, and the ambition to grow business relationships in a highly competitive space.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand and negotiate B2B iGaming partnerships across Brazil and Latin America
Identify potential partners and adjust strategies based on market changes and opportunities
Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behaviors to provide actionable insights
Promote slot game products effectively to partners, designing tailored solutions when needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Stay current with Latin American market dynamics and gaming regulations
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events to build brand influence
Lead and motivate a regional team to enhance efficiency and performance
Requirements:
Must be based in Brazil (Brazilian nationality preferred)
Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
Established network/resources in the B2B iGaming industry within Latin America
Minimum 3 years' experience at a large B2B iGaming company in the region
Proven experience in partnership expansion, commercial negotiations, and market strategy
Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills
Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
Leadership and management experience is an advantage
