This is a high-impact role where you'll work side-by-side with executive leadership to help move deals from opportunity to closing—faster, smarter, and with precision.If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in high-performance environments, this role will give you a front-row seat to acquisitions, development, and operations across multiple asset types, including residential, commercial, and self-storage.
Key Responsibilities Acquisitions & Deal SupportAssist with underwriting and analysis of real estate dealsDraft and submit LOIs, manage deal documents, and track approvalsCoordinate due diligence and support loan document submissionsHelp manage closing processes and transaction timelines Development & Construction CoordinationTrack construction budgets, milestones, and timelinesManage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communicationsSupport site oversight and execution of development tasks Finance, Bookkeeping & ReportingMaintain accurate bookkeeping and track expensesPrepare budget summaries and support investor reportingOrganize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems Executive Support & OperationsProvide direct support to leadership: managing meetings, tasks, and deadlinesTrack progress on key projects and follow up on deliverablesMaintain systems for document management, communication, and project executionConduct research and assist with ad hoc operational needs What You BringProven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordinationUnderstanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processesSolid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organizationExceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable balancing strategy with execution—able to support executive leadership directlyFamiliarity with U.S. real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage a plus)Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentationMust have hands-on experience with real estate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, etc.)?
