Warehouse Labeling Specialist

Job Title: Warehouse Labeling Specialist">Key Responsibilities:Provide application support for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.Design and configure labels using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems to meet diverse business requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve complex label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new label formats and implement them in MAWM, driving process improvements.Support daily warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting – to ensure efficient supply chain management.Manage integrations between MAWM and print servers, ensuring reliable data exchange and accurate labeling.Document support activities, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and provide training for warehouse teams to enhance knowledge sharing and best practices.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM)Strong hands-on experience in label designing tools such as Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabelGood understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shippingKnowledge of RF devices and label printer configurationsProficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrationsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with incident/change management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
