We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team.
You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio - a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

Is that you?
5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js
Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB
Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices
Deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
Experience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code quality
Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Strong ownership, motivation, and accountability
Desirable
Hands-on experience with payroll or HR system development
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker)
Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders
Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution
In this role, you'll lead the development and maintenance of core systems for a robust payroll platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and technical excellence.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend components using PHP and React.js
Design and implement REST APIs and work with MySQL and MongoDB databases
Develop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWS
Write high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the team
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the team on feature design, problem-solving, and best practices
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
