Job Opportunity: Affiliate Marketing ExpertGrowthAssistant is seeking an experienced affiliate marketing professional to lead the entire affiliate marketing process for top U.S.-based agency.As an affiliate marketing expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the affiliate marketing process, including performance reporting, compliance monitoring, outreach for corrections, brand verification checks, KPI oversight, and monthly recaps.Key Responsibilities:Performance Reporting: Prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools for EOW, EOM, and EOY deliverablesCompliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid/invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violationOutreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violationsBrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violatorsKPI Oversight: Track daily client KPIs, compare results to defined guardrails, and flag discrepancies to the Account ManagerMonthly Recaps: Process monthly voids/edits and compile comprehensive recaps for internal reviewRequirements:2+ years of experience in affiliate marketingFamiliarity with Commission Junction or similar affiliate tools, and BrandVerity or similar platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS OfficeExperience managing multiple clients or brands (a plus)Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and detail-orientedWhy Work with Us:We value your growth and recognize your contributions every step of the way.You will collaborate with a diverse, talented team and make an impact in affiliate marketing.
