Job Title: IT Support SpecialistWe are looking for a skilled professional to join our organization in Brazil.The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points preferably CISCO or Riverbed.Assigning switch ports to specific VLANs and patching phone ports to switches as needed is essential.The successful candidate will be responsible for basic troubleshooting skills for Avaya VOIP phones.About the Role:This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our team members.
The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to team members via email, phone, or in-person.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with network devices, software, and hardware.Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.2+ years of experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
