Analytics Engineer role at Ryz Labs.RYZ Labs is seeking a Sr.
Analytics Engineer to join a client's team, a personal health brand developing the future of daily essentials.This role involves building and maintaining data infrastructure, focusing on dbt modeling, Snowflake optimization, and enabling self-service analytics.
The candidate will work closely with business teams while upholding data engineering best practices.
The goal is to bridge technical data infrastructure with business analytics needs.Required Qualifications:7-10 years of analytics engineering experience, especially in BI and data modelingAdvanced proficiency with dbt, including macros, packages, testing, and deploymentDeep experience with Snowflake, focusing on performance, cost, and featuresExpert SQL skills with complex query optimizationProficiency with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similarExperience with data quality, testing, monitoring, and documentationKnowledge of Git, CI/CD, and analytics engineering best practicesExperience building enterprise BI solutions and data warehousesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or AzureProgramming skills in Python or RExperience with data orchestration tools like Airflow, Fivetran, StitchUnderstanding of marketing, product, and customer analyticsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with remote, distributed teamsKnowledge of data observability and monitoring toolsExpertise in warehouse optimization and cost managementKey Responsibilities:Design and maintain dbt models for BI and analyticsOptimize Snowflake performance and manage data architectureDevelop dashboards and self-service analytics toolsImplement data quality and governance processesCollaborate with analysts and stakeholders to meet requirementsEstablish best practices for analytics engineeringPartner with engineering teams on data pipelinesMonitor and improve query performance and costsAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs, founded in 2021, is a startup studio with a global, remote team.
