Job Title: Intelligent System DeveloperWe are seeking an expert in AI development to join our team.As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building intelligent systems that bring structure, insight, and automation to our staffing workflows.Key Responsibilities:Create document AI pipelines that extract data from various sources including PDFs, HTML files, and images.Develop compliance automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems such as applicant tracking systems, healthcare compliance platforms, and job boards.Design and implement workflow integrations using APIs and webhooks to streamline our operations.Build text message automation campaigns that use AI-assisted messaging to engage with clients and candidates.Integrate VoIP and SMS systems with our ATS and compliance platforms to automate communication and logging.Develop customer support and knowledge base automation solutions using Zendesk and Jasper AI.Design and build pay package automation tools that generate accurate invoices and reconcile payments.Implement finance, accounting, and payroll automation solutions that integrate with QuickBooks Online and Xero.Develop knowledge assistants that use RAG chatbots to provide information and insights to our teams.Build live reporting streams that provide real-time data on exceptions, credential heatmaps, and ready-to-work rosters.MLOps & Platform:We follow a modern and open stack approach to ensure seamless integration across all systems.Our MLOps platform provides dataset and model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and rollbacks.Requirements:Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or C#.Experience with LLM/RAG (embeddings, retrieval, prompt design, evaluation).Document ingestion at scale, schema'd extraction, and validation.Secure, auditable data design, APIs/webhooks, and event-driven workflows.Experience integrating enterprise systems, ATS/Compliance/Job Boards/HubSpot/Salesforce.MLOps fundamentals: data/model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, rollback.Benefits:Direct line to the Head of Engineering and CEO-level sponsorship.Remote-first, pragmatic culture with a focus on production over prototypes.A mission-critical role with visible impact on placements, revenue, compliance, cash conversion, and payroll accuracy.An equal opportunity employer welcoming qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
