Senior Brand Designer at n8nJoin n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI.We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits.Since founding in ****, n8n has grown into a diverse team of over 160 people working across Europe and the US, centered in Berlin.Highlights:Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and buildersEarned 145,000+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world's Top 40 most popular projectsRanked as one of Europe's most promising privately held SaaS startups (4th in Sifted's **** B2B SaaS Rising 100)Raised $240M to date, from Sequoia's first German seed to our recent $180M Series C, bringing us to a $2.5B valuation94 eNPS score (our culture is 94)If you're applying, try n8n out, share a screenshot of your first workflow, and register at app.n8n.cloud/register.ResponsibilitiesLead concepting and execute design across digital, social, and event touchpoints.Design and ship key assets in Figma, from campaign visuals to product marketing materials and event collateral.Evolve n8n's brand system and guidelines, ensuring scalability and cohesion.Create motion explorations, prototypes, moodboards, and production-ready files when needed.Balance day-to-day design requests while advancing larger brand initiatives.Scope, brief, and manage contractors, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality creative work.Partner with Brand Operations Manager to prioritize projects, manage timelines, and keep the creative pipeline running smoothly.Provide clear direction and actionable feedback to internal collaborators and external partners.Ensure creative alignment and quality across all brand expressions and channels.Track progress, unblock work, and uphold standards for craft and consistency.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Community, and other teams across n8n to drive clarity and cohesion.Act as a brand advocate, helping others understand and apply our visual identity.Contribute to a culture of creativity through inspiration, experimentation, and mentorship.Qualifications8+ years of experience in brand design, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred.Expert in Figma, with proficiency in additional creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion, prototyping tools, etc.).Equally energized by hands-on design and by directing others;
