Sweden needs skilled engineers and we are looking for a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers.
Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
To move to another country is a major life decision, so a lot of your work will be about building trust with suitable candidates.
You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for consultants.
We handle visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and related needs.
Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Work with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment activities.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and highly motivated.Persistent and resilient, able to respond to setbacks with renewed effort.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full time.Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays, with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.Please send your English CV to: ******.
