SAP Specialist - Service Delivery (PP_QM)HydroExtrusions world-leading aluminum extrusion business with approximately 100 production sites in 40 countries and employing 20,000 people.Through our unique combination of local expertise, global network, and unmatched R&D capabilities, we offer everything from standards profiles, to advanced development and manufacturing for many key industries.Join our dynamic SAP support team as a SAP Senior Specialist PP/QM for S4 Hana, where you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our SAP landscape.As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, resolving tickets promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, focusing on support and maintenance;Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying your problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly;Perform system analysis, design, enhancements to meet business requirements and diverse interfaces;Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance utilizing SAP best practices;Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, considering dependencies and interface requirements;Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures, emphasizing manufacturing intricacies and integration points;Lead the evaluation, selection, and configuration of SAP order to cash solutions to meet business needs;Utilizing SAP best practices to support and maintain our clean core initiative;Take charge of implementing preventive measures within the SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize business operations.Experience:Minimum 8+years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S4 Hana) with hands-on application management;Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of PP and QM module, with history of delivery high-impact solutions in a senior capacity;Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience with three or more of the following SAP areas: materials management, procurement, inventory warehouse management, sales operations, logistics, finance and controlling;Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues;Integration experience integrating SAP with different business systems, especially MES systems, as well as working with integration tools;Experience in a discrete manufacturing and/or automotive environment is preferred.Skills:Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsSolid understanding of manufacturing business processes related to the business application(s) concerned;Understanding of technical environment of the business application(s) concerned;Advanced English (verbal and written);Knowledge of basic project management and change management procedures within IT.Qualifications:IT /Business Degree or Equivalent;SAP & ITIL Certification is preferred.The interview will be held in English.Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.Qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or disability.We strive to provide equal opportunities for all to contribute and succeed with us.All opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PWD) and rehabilitated by the INSS.#J-*****-Ljbffr
