We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.Now we look for a Japanese Business Developer to join our Growth Traffic teamJob ResponsibilitiesResearch and Analysis:Conduct thorough market research on Asian markets to identify opportunities for business expansion.Perform competitive research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential affiliates and business partners within target markets across Asia.Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective affiliates, tracking outreach progress and follow-ups.Outreach and Communication:Proactively initiate contact and establish relationships with potential affiliates and business partners.Manage initial outreach, clearly communicating our company's value proposition to prospective partners.Reporting and Collaboration:Regularly report on progress, including research insights, outreach results, and onboarding statuses.Collaborate closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies and achieve team goals.RequirementsFluency in Japanese language is a mustFluency in EnglishAt least one year of experience in lead generation or business development.Strong Network: Ability to leverage an existing network of contacts to expedite outreach and salesCommunication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-Starter: Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment, with the motivation to consistently drive results.Qualification that can be a plus:Proven track of overachieving KPIs in Business Development or Sales positions.ConditionsWe know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:Full remote work.Competitive compensation with a service contract.Transparent performance reviews twice a year, with bonus opportunities and salary adjustments.An annual allowance that you can use for home office improvements, sports activities, equipment upgrades, and more—tailor it to what benefits you most.Investment in your development: paid language courses, access to various learning platforms, and a mindfulness benefit, including psychological support with 50% coverage.Career growth in a fast-scaling project with opportunities to influence technical decisions.A culture of recognition: our peer reward program celebrates contributions from across the team.
