We value product and craft, but people matter more.About the RoleWe're seeking a remote Agency Operations Lead and the Founder's right-hand person who makes our creative teams more efficient and happier.
You'll build workflows, automate processes, and solve operational problems so our Co-Founder and Project Managers can focus on high-impact work.
A creative design sensibility and understanding of agency workflows are important.You'll spot bottlenecks, propose fixes, build systems, track what works, and tackle problems that slow us down.
You'll serve as the Co-Founder's dependable right-hand, creating systems that increase productivity and foster a culture of efficiency.We move fast with flexible processes.
You won't deal with clients extensively, but you need experience at top-tier companies that know how to scale.
You'll solve technical and people problems and help teams work better together.
We're looking for a rock star who can unblock leadership.Ideal Candidate3-5+ years in Creative Operations, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles with automation experience.
You know workflow tools and business systems, plus you understand business context and strategy.

This position reports to the Co-Founder/Partner.ResponsibilitiesProcess Automation & Optimization: Interface with Project Managers to identify pain points, automate workflows for Designers, and architect systems where data is entered once and shared across Slack and Notion; collaborate with Developers on no-code/low-code integrations or build them when neededSystems & Strategic Problem-Solving: Create scalable systems, tackle operational problems, maintain a learning/effectiveness log, act as the Co-Founder's right-hand for strategic problem-solvingFinancial Operations & Reporting: Handle end-of-month accounting and contractor reconciliation; optimize time tracking and billing; prepare client monthly sheets; extract profitability insightsProject Management Support: Manage granular tracking requests for enterprise clients; support Project Managers; coordinate special projects and internal tools developmentInnovation & Special Projects: Support internal tool development and initiatives; help source new hires; research and implement time-saving tech solutionsExecutive Support & Events: Organize expert roundtables for C-level executives; coordinate logistics; support founders as conversation facilitators; assist with work-related and occasional personal tasksSkills & Qualifications3-5+ years in roles such as Creative Operations Manager, Studio Operations Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Systems & Operations, or Workflow Automation ExpertClear communication, expectation setting, and end-to-end project managementExperience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar) and AIProficiency with Notion, Slack, Toggle, Airtable, and other PM toolsBias for action: move fast, achieve small wins, iterateSystems architecture and data analysis conceptsOwnership mentality and ability to run projects independentlyPragmatic, practical problem-solver with a mature understanding of business KPIs and workflowsAbility to learn new systems quickly and work without rigid structureBonusExperience at creative agencies, startups, or product shops with tier-one brandsDevelopment or technical backgroundAdvanced data and BI skillsPortfolio showing automation projects or high-impact workAdvanced AI skills including prompt engineeringEntrepreneurial experience with measurable impactFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Toggle, Zapier, AI tools, HubSpot, LoomWorking Hours: Minimum 4 hours overlap between 8am-12pm ET; remaining hours are asynchronousEmployment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), Exclusivity Preferred; part-time may be considered for exceptional applicantsEducation: No specific requirementsLevel: Intermediate (3-5 years of relevant experience)Compensation: ~USD 2,116 – 2,301 per month, based on experience.
