Join our team as a Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Salesforce Health Cloud.You will lead high-level and low-level design activities, guide development best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Health Cloud solutions.ResponsibilitiesAdjust high-level solutions to optimize Health Cloud for business requirementsDesign low-level solutions to implement Health Cloud features, flow automations, and Apex triggersGuide the Lead developer in applying best practices during implementationImplement territory management solutions and ensure adherence to best practicesAdvise on data migration approaches and monitor executionPlan and design integration solutions including Salesforce and MuleSoft (preferred)Observe and enhance Azure DevOps processes to support parallel development by multiple teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation and add technical notes to user storiesCollaborate with Product Owner to define and finalize story details before developmentLead integration testing planning and participation to ensure seamless functionalityDesign integration flows and patterns for robust system connectivityMentor and guide development teams to maintain high quality and scalable outcomesConduct code reviews and solution design assessments to uphold standardsCommunicate effectively across agile, cross-functional teams to facilitate collaborationRequirementsStrong knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds and technical architecture with 2+ years experienceProven experience in Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud development is a plusExperience with Code Review and Solution Design to ensure scalable solutionsProficiency with DevOps tools for testing and deployment processesAbility to create and maintain clear technical documentationExperience implementing best practices in design and guiding development teamsCollaboration skills to work effectively in agile environments with cross-functional teamsProblem-solving skills to resolve development challenges efficientlyLeadership skills to mentor development teams and align stakeholdersEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higherNice to haveExperience with MuleSoft integration solutions and best practicesKnowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) integration best practicesFamiliarity with Azure DevOps process enhancements to support multiple teamsWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology, Engineering, and Business DevelopmentIndustriesSoftware Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
