In this pivotal role, you'll set technical direction, lead development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions.
Your leadership will drive the adoption of best practices, foster a culture of excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business and technology goals.What you will do- Lead the implementation and administration of Sales Cloud, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with internal teams.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate needs into technical Salesforce implementations.
- Oversee Apex & Visualforce development, object & field creation, integrations, and daily Salesforce administration to support business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, effective segmentation, and management, meeting reporting needs and optimizing customer data use.
- Guide and mentor the Salesforce development team, promoting best practices in coding, object modeling, and system design.What we are looking for- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Development with Apex.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong experience in application security best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
