Join to apply for the Project Manager (CAPEX) role at Hitachi Energy.A OportunidadeGerenciar projetos de investimento (CAPEX) relacionados à construção, expansão ou modernização de instalações industriais, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, orçamento, escopo e qualidade, alinhado às diretrizes estratégicas da empresa.Como você causará impactoPlanejar, executar e controlar projetos de CAPEX, desde a concepção até a entrega final.Elaborar cronogramas, orçamentos e planos de recursos, assegurando a viabilidade técnica e financeira dos projetos.Coordenar para que equipes multidisciplinares internas e externas (engenharia, suprimentos, qualidade, segurança, fornecedores e contratados) cumpram os prazos, orçamentos e escopo.Gerenciar riscos, mudanças de escopo e garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, ambientais e de segurança.Realizar reuniões de acompanhamento com stakeholders, reportando status, desvios e planos de ação.Garantir a documentação técnica e legal dos projetos.Atuar como facilitador entre áreas envolvidas, promovendo comunicação eficaz e tomada de decisão ágil.Gerar os relatórios e apresentações para reporte de status, planos de ação, riscos, custos entre outros.Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.RequisitosFormação superior em Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Civil ou correlatas).Pós-graduação ou certificações em Gerenciamento de Projetos (PMP, PMI, Agile, etc.) serão consideradas um diferencial.Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos industriais de CAPEX.Conhecimento em ferramentas de planejamento (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).Habilidade em negociação, liderança e gestão de conflitos.Inglês intermediário/avançado.Foco em resultados e excelência operacional.Capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica.Vaga 100% presencial.Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.Over three billion people depend on our technologies to power their daily lives.With over a century in pioneering mission-critical technologies like high-voltage, transformers, automation, and power electronics, we are addressing the most urgent energy challenge of our time – balancing soaring electricity demand, while decarbonizing the power system.Headquartered in Switzerland, we employ over 50,000 people in 60 countries and generate revenues of around $16 billion USD.We welcome you to apply today.#J-*****-Ljbffr
