We develop solutions that quite literally help save lives, and we take that mission seriously.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of our React Native mobile applications for i OS and AndroidBuild fast, reliable, and scalable features with our modern tech stack (React Native, Node.js, Redis)Partner with cross-functional teams—from backend engineers to product managers—focused on user outcomesDesign and deliver robust architecture that prioritizes performance and maintainabilityContribute to a strong team culture through mentorship, pairing, and open feedbackRequirements7+ years of professional software engineering experienceExcellent English communication skills, spoken and writtenProven track record delivering production-grade mobile apps with React NativeComfortable working across time zones and following remote-first best practicesNice to HavesPrevious experience with U.
