Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden.Main Responsibilities:Prepare and File Tax Returns: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc.Monitor Tax Compliance: Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.Manage Tax Audits: Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.Analyze Tax Legislation: Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.Experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning is essential.Knowledge in Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits.
