Netcracker Shaping the Digital FutureAs a proud subsidiary of NEC Corporation, Netcracker is a global software leader driving innovation at scale.We combine an open Agentic AI Platform with AI-Native IT Solutions to help telecommunication providers transform, innovate, and deliver results that matter.Powered by cutting-edge technology—and the passion of our people—we unlock new opportunities, spark innovation, and create better digital experiences for millions worldwide.Join us and be part of a team that is not just keeping up with the digital future—we're leading it.About the roleWe are looking a Product Marketing Manager, this position will provide situational expertise to guarantee strong positioning within the opportunity and deliver regular input into development of pre-baked product marketing and pre-sale materials world wide.Rol & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine product/solution positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) to differentiate offerings in the market.Create compelling marketing content and materials, including pre-sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy, to effectively communicate product value.Collaborate with the strategic marketing team and leading analytical agencies (e.g., Gartner, GlobalData, Omdia, IDC) to drive market insights and industry visibility.Lead product marketing initiatives to ensure successful product launches within the company's portfolio.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer needs, shaping product development and messaging strategies.Partner with development and product management teams to promote new product functionality and ensure alignment with market demands.Provide active leadership within the product marketing team, fostering cross-department collaboration to drive business objectives and product success.Required ExperienceMinimum 6 years of experience in product marketing within the IT or telecom sectorsStrong understanding of BSS solutions, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Charging, Billing, and Customer ExperienceProven ability to craft and deliver tailored marketing messages and content for diverse target audience segmentsProven experience in leading projects and supervising and guiding the work of others.Proven experience collaborating with sales, presales, event marketing, R&D, and product management teamsFluent (C1 or C2) proficiency in English Availability to work in Hybrid mode from our local offices Education B.A., B.S., or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplineB.A., B.S., or higher Marketing or related discipline#LI-LM1#LI-Onsite"All of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs)"/ "Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)"Connect with us on LinkedIn and stay up to date on our company news.#LI-Onsite
