**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Manage Brazil Regulatory Herbicides/Fungicides team to sustainably defend and grow the value of Herbicides/Fungicides portfolio.
- Elaboration of country regulatory strategies for Herbicides/Fungicides innovations, life cycle managements and license to operate across Herbicides/Fungicides portfolio and future pipeline.
- Responsibility for obtaining and defending Bayer Herbicides/Fungicides registrations activities for the pipeline as well as adhere to the existent regulations and compliance.
- Oversee and elaborate dossier requirements mitigating regulatory and compliance risks.
- Represent Bayer with regulatory authorities, farmer ´s association, industry association, etc.
- Contributing to modernize and shape the regulatory environment in conjunction with key stakeholders towards a science-based regulatory framework.
- Establish an efficient network of communication within other functions and its main interfaces (Commercial, Field Solutions, Product Safety, Stewardship, Product Supply, PASS) in order to effectively manage Herbicide/Fungicide pipeline advancement and current portfolio.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

**Mandatory**
- Advanced University degree in biological, pharmacy, Agronomy, Chemical areas;
- Fluent English and Fluent Portuguese;
- Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs area;
- Sound knowledge of crop science regulatory affairs environment and related matters.
**Desirable**
