Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Strategic AI Architect to design and build intelligent systems that transform how banks and credit unions understand and serve their small business customers.The selected candidate will own everything agentic and generative AI within our organization, laying the groundwork for a next-generation, AI-powered customer experience.This role involves designing and building production-grade generative and agentic AI systems, from prompt design and model selection through to orchestration and deployment.Fine-Tune and Integrate Third-Party Models: The successful candidate will fine-tune and integrate third-party models into our platform and customer workflows.Develop and Maintain Pipelines: Develop and maintain pipelines, tools, and infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable AI features.Collaborate with the Engineering Team: Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy and monitor AI services in production.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should bring strong experience designing, building, and productionizing AI-driven or agentic systems.A deep understanding of LLM orchestration, context management, and prompt engineering is also essential.Strong Experience: Strong experience designing, building, and productionizing AI-driven or agentic systems.Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, context management, and prompt engineering.Cloud Environments: Experience working with cloud environments and monitoring or evaluating deployed AI services.Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend integration workflows.BenefitsThis role offers competitive compensation and a fully remote work model with occasional opportunities to collaborate in person.Additionally, you'll have the chance to make a huge impact in an early-stage company defining a new category in financial technology.
