Remote | Global Support Role | Full-TimeTARGANAbout the RoleTARGAN is transforming animal agriculture through advanced automation — and we're looking for ato help keep our systems running smoothly around the world.What You'll DoRemotely monitor TARGAN systems via cloud dashboards, PLC access, and on-machine interfaces.Provide real-time technical support to field technicians via Teams and other communication tools.Analyze hatchery performance data and participate in weekly global team meetings to share insights and best practices.Serve as part of the escalation process when issues impact customer operations, coordinating with internal engineering teams.Support ongoing refinement and optimization of control and electrical systems.What You BringProven ability to troubleshoot PLCs remotely and interpret electrical schematics.Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems, Ethernet networks, and familiarity with ladder logic, structured text, function block, and HMI systems.Experience with tools such as is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and field teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.Fluent in and at least one of: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Thai.3–5+ years of experience in industrial automation; equivalent hands-on experience considered.Willingness to work second or third shift (EST) to align with international time zones.Comfortable working cross-functionally with R&D, Field Services, and Operations teams.Why TARGAN?Join a growing global company pioneering automation in animal health and agriculture.At TARGAN, you'll collaborate with talented engineers across continents, support cutting-edge machinery, and make a direct impact on our customers' success worldwide.Highly competitive base salary, bonus, benefits and stock options.Please note : final salary is dependent upon geographical location, experience and level*#J-*****-Ljbffr
