You will bridge Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team.What You Will Do:- Manage and fill job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and adhering to deadlines.
- Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
- Continuously update and maintain job openings to ensure they are accurate and current.
- Write detailed candidate summaries and edit resumes to meet client expectations.
- Maintain effective communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales to ensure a smooth staffing process.Here's what we are looking for:- Experience as an IT recruiter interested in back-office and client-facing roles.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience as a Staffing Analyst for IT profiles is a plus.
