Somos a empresa líder em análise de dados em comércio eletrônico, Big Data e Business Intelligence, com clientes na Argentina, Brasil, México e outros 15 países da América Latina, bem como nos Estados Unidos e na China.Esta é a sua chanceEstamos procurando por: Sales Operations AnalystPrincipais ResponsabilidadesGerenciar o funil de growth:Apoiar o Head da área no acompanhamento das taxas de conversão em cada etapa do funil, analisando dados relevantes para fazer recomendações sólidas sobre como melhorar o desempenho do funil.Racionalizar e otimizar o processo de growth: Responsável por apontar áreas de melhoria no processo de crescimento que podem aumentar a produtividade, a qualidade e, consequentemente, melhorar os KPIs do funil.Articular e implementar ações de venda e comercialização.Articular e implementar ações de pós-venda focadas em retenção de clientes.Implementar e administrar as ferramentas de Growth.Administrar dados do CRM: Responsável por auditar a consistência dos dados, configurar automatizações e administrar campos personalizados para melhorar a eficiência do uso de CRM nas vendas.Administrar dados da ferramenta financeira da companhia.Execução de previsões de growth semanais / mensais / trimestrais: Dar suporte à liderança com dados e análises que melhoram a precisão da previsão.Execução de campanhas de marketing com automatizações no CRM.Liderar projetos estratégicos (OKR) de maneira eficiente com os líderes das demais áreas da companhia.Fornecer relatórios de growth e análises de negócios para dar suporte à tomada de decisões.Trabalhar com o Head da área e a liderança de Growth para desenvolver metas organizacionais.Requirements And SkillsMust haveExperiência em gestão de dados e compreensão das técnicas de visualização e transformação de dados para gerar insights e tomada de decisões baseadas em dados.Experiência em análise de negócios em diferentes atividades comerciais: Vendas, Onboarding, Customer Success, Geração de Demanda e Marketing.Experiência com software CRM, ferramentas de BI e aplicações Google.Experiência em empresa SaaS ou modelo de assinatura de cliente recorrente.Experiência com a metodologia de gestão OKR para projetos estratégicos.Ter a capacidade de executar projetos multifuncionais dirigidos continuamente para melhorar o desempenho.Experiência em operações de crescimento relacionadas.Conhecimento de Espanhol (Intermediário/Avançado).Mínimo 5 anos de experiência na gestão de funis de vendasJob Location: Brazil- Employment Type: Full-timeOferecemos:Trabalho remoto.Caju Plano de saúde WellHubHorário flexívelDia de folga para aniversáriosCursos e formaçãoAulas de inglês e/ou espanhol 100% gratuitasExcelente ambiente de trabalhoQueremos que faça parte da nossa equipa Na Nubi, trabalhamos para promover uma cultura inclusiva que busca a equidade e valoriza diferentes perspectivas.Isto traduz-se em género, religião, pessoas com deficiência, idade, LGBTQIA+, raça, etnia e diversidade de experiências.Quer saber mais sobre nós?Visita o nosso site: #SomosNubimetrics
