challenges at the intersection of platform engineering, and product development.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, evolve, and maintain core components of the VTEX IO Platform, including infrastructure layers and applications, runtime apps, builder apps, and etc.Develop APIs, SDKs, and developer tools that enable users to build and manage extensible appsCollaborate closely with other engineers, Development: Deep expertise in , and/or Go, and/or C#/.NET, building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices with strong database design skills.System Design & Scalability Focus: Experienced in designing highly scalable systems, optimizing performance, and applying caching, load balancing, and fault tolerance mechanisms.DevOps & Infrastructure Savvy: Competent with CI/CD, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CDK/Pulumi), and understanding monitoring/logging/alerting systems.Observability & Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability in implementing application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and incident response.Cloud & Advanced Systems (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, message queues, and advanced monitoring tools.You are hands-on and curious about AI, using LLMs, automation, and design/dev tools to boost speed, quality, and clarity in your workflow, while staying thoughtful about their limitations,
