Job DescriptionThe Financial Operations Manager will oversee all accounting and financial functions across our group of restaurants.This includes ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing strong controls, and supporting decision-making with timely analysis.This is a hands-on role where you will manage the numbers day-to-day and help design the systems that will carry us forward.You'll work closely with our leadership team to streamline processes and provide insights that improve profitability.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerPreparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManaging cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support company growthEnsuring compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirementsImplementing and improving accounting systems, policies, and proceduresPartnering with operations leadership to track restaurant performance and profitabilityProviding detailed financial analysis and reporting to guide business decisionsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldValid registration with the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade in Brazil (Contador habilitado)At least 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance, ideally including restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector experienceStrong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS reporting standardsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reportingStrong English communication skills (written and spoken)BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a growing company.As we expand, you will play a key role in building out the finance function.You will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and contribute to the success of our organization.If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.
