Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud Operations Engineer.
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the infrastructure and security of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.Manage employee and organizational infrastructure for seamless operations.Configure and manage VPN access to secure connections for employees.Oversee JumpCloud or equivalent cloud IDP services for secure user management.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, including experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Python and Bash.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.Proficiency in AWS cloud services, specifically IAM, RDS, and EKS.Experience with monitoring tools, especially Datadog.Our company values teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement, and we offer a range of benefits to support the well-being of our employees, including private medical insurance and entertainment area.Responsibilities include managing database cluster performance and ensuring high availability, maintaining and optimizing microservices infrastructure on AWS EKS, and establishing robust monitoring and alerting systems with Datadog.SOC2 compliance and information security best practices are also key aspects of this role.Benefits:CelebrationsSpecial discountsEntertainment areaModern Work SpacesGreat work environmentPrivate medical insuranceAt Applaudo Studios, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
