Online Casino Platform Manager

About the Position:This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an online casino platform from its inception.The organization is entering a growth phase and seeks an experienced professional who can lead the setup, integration, and ongoing management of their casino environment.Working closely with a third-party platform provider (NuxGame), the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical, operational, and compliance aspects of the platform are seamlessly managed.Main Responsibilities:Lead the initial setup, configuration, and deployment of the online casino platform in coordination with NuxGame or a similar platform providerEnsure smooth and stable daily operations of the platform, addressing any issues related to uptime, performance, or user experienceManage and troubleshoot API integrations with payment providers, game studios, and various third-party systemsCoordinate closely with the platform provider to implement updates, new features, and performance improvementsMonitor platform KPIs and system health to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtimeMaintain compliance with relevant licensing and regulatory requirements in applicable marketsDeliver detailed reports to management regarding platform activity, incidents, updates, and ongoing improvementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience launching or managing an online casino platform (experience with NuxGame or similar platforms is highly preferred)Solid understanding of API integrations and confidence in resolving technical issues independentlyDemonstrated project management ability, especially around platform rollouts and technical updatesStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partnersSelf-motivated and capable of taking ownership of platform operations with minimal supervisionKnowledge of licensing and compliance processes in regulated iGaming markets is considered a strong advantageBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of the organization.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesThe chance to work on a cutting-edge projectOther Information:Please note that this position requires a strong understanding of online casino platforms and their technical requirements.If you have experience in this field and are passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
