Oracle Cloud Functional Support (Finance) - Detalhes da Vaga. ? Responsibilities:Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules, including Accounts Receivable, Customers, Billing, Collections, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. ?Resolve tickets and deliver high-quality functional support within defined timelines. ?Assist users during financial close processes across multiple regions (LATAM, US, APAC). ?Perform regression testing during quarterly SaaS environment updates. ?Ensure SOX compliance and maintain documentation aligned with ITIL standards. ?Drive support best practices in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. ?Requirements:Proven experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, with strong focus on financial modules and Brazilian localizations. ?Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years with Oracle Cloud (Fusion). ?Participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects (LATAM and US). ?Proficiency with BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and REST. ?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. ?Fluent in English. ?.
