Contract Negotiation SpecialistThe Contract Negotiation Specialist is a consultant freelancer for top players in the medical device industry, focusing on clinical trial agreements.This position requires a first experience in contracting activities for clinical trials and enthusiasm for budgeting, site negotiation, and dynamic international environments.Key responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreementsEnsuring compliance throughout the processLiaising with site staff, study team, Legal and Finance departmentsMaintaining up-to-date relevant systemsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or ScienceFirst experience in clinical research and clinical trial agreements in USSense of accuracy and precisionPro-active and stress-resistantStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to effectively manage parallel prioritiesExisting right to work in EuropeThis full-time remote position offers an 18-month mission with high chance of extension, providing benefits for those who thrive in dynamic environments.
