As an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the finance team in processing vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely payments.
You'll assist with accounts payable operations, vendor management, and financial reporting while learning about accounting processes under the guidance of experienced finance professionals.
What You Will Do:
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Enter and maintain data in the accounts payable system.
- Assist with vendor inquiries and statement reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Help prepare reports on outstanding payments and aging analysis.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good level of English.
