Class Coordinator Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Class/Program Coordinator to provide administrative support to academic staff, faculty members, and students.
This role will ensure program quality by managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, and serving as the primary contact for students.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, including managing course schedules and maintaining records and databases.Serve as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.Requirements:Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
