We are seeking an experienced Workday People Analytics Specialist to deliver actionable insights through the Workday platform and help our HR and business leaders make informed, strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations. Analytics Development: Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights. Collaboration: Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions. Workday Configuration: Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Prism. Provide training and troubleshoot issues. Standards & Governance: Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.
